Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that solve complex problems and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers—throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). A successful candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• 1. Software Development & CodingWrite Clean Code: Develop efficient, maintainable, scalable, and secure code based on functional specifications and technical requirements. Feature Implementation: Build and deliver new user-facing features, components, and backend services.API Integration: Design, build, and consume robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs to connect internal services and integrate third-party applications.2. Architecture & DesignSystem Design: Assist in designing application architecture, database schemas, and data workflows to support complex business logic. Algorithm Optimization: Create flowcharts, diagrams, and models to map out code logic and optimize software algorithms for maximum performance and speed. 3. Testing, Debugging, & MaintenanceTroubleshooting: Debug issues, fix runtime errors, and resolve performance bottlenecks in both legacy and newly deployed code. Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in automated testing frameworks to ensure software stability and prevent regressions. Refactoring: Continuous optimization of existing codebase infrastructure to reduce technical debt and adapt to modern standards.4. Collaboration & DocumentationAgile Teamwork: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to maintain high coding standards and share knowledge across the team. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and API schemas to assist current and future development efforts.
