Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Manager - Digital Marketing to join our growing team in Kaman, Vasai. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, executing, and optimizing our multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This is an excellent on-site opportunity for a motivated professional with up to 5 years of experience who is eager to take ownership of digital strategies and deliver measurable business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CPA) using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad copies, landing pages, and social media creatives.
• Optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to maximize lead generation while maintaining budget efficiency.
• Manage the company's social media presence and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• Any Degree, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our office in Kaman, Vasai.
