Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our food service team in Kaman, Vasai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our chefs and maintaining the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils promptly.
• Ensure all kitchen work surfaces, countertops, and floors are swept, mopped, and sanitized regularly.
• Help receive, unload, and organize incoming food deliveries and store them in the appropriate pantry or cold storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen trash and garbage daily in compliance with local hygiene and waste management guidelines.
• Assist in assembling and plating dishes during peak service hours under the guidance of senior staff.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience working in a restaurant, hotel, catering unit, or cloud kitchen (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety, food hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for long hours and handle physical tasks such as lifting ingredient crates and kitchen equipment.
• Good team spirit with the ability to follow instructions quickly and work efficiently under pressure.
• Candidates residing in or around Kaman, Vasai are highly preferred for easy daily commuting.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
