Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Software Tester Engineer to join our growing QA team on-site at our office in Kaman, Vasai Road. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. This position is open to both freshers and experienced professionals (0-5 years of experience) who are passionate about finding bugs and delivering flawless user experiences. You will work closely with our development and product teams to analyze requirements, design comprehensive test cases, and execute both manual and automated tests. Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Analyze product requirements and technical specifications to design detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UI testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, log, track, and document software defects thoroughly using bug tracking tools like Jira.
  • Develop and maintain basic test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency over time.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce issues, verify bug fixes, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to contribute to the overall quality of the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Any Graduation.
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in software testing0 (manual testing experience is mandatory; automation experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies.
  • Familiarity with writing SQL queries for basic database testing and verification.
  • Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively document bugs and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to work on-site at our office located in Kaman, Vasai Road.
